Attack-One is staffed with public safety professionals who have dedicated their lives to protecting and serving their community. All Attack-One personnel are trained to agency standards meeting those established by the NWCG.
All Attack-One personnel receive training in 100 and 200 level courses at the minimum. In addition to the classroom and field instruction, every employee must pass the Work Capacity Test each year. Attack-One has a complete training record program that is kept in an IQS format for each employee and is available for agency inspection upon written request. All Attack-One personnel carry a picture identification card with the position the person is qualified. The ID card is issued for each calendar year.
